The Screeno software is provided to users free of charge. This applies to both private and commercial use within the intended scope.
Resale, sublicensing, rental, or any other form of commercial redistribution of the software to third parties is strictly prohibited.
2. Warranty and Support
Since the software is provided free of charge ("As-Is"), there is no entitlement to technical support, maintenance, or consultation by the provider.
No assurance is given regarding the availability, error-free nature, or suitability of the software for specific purposes.
3. Disclaimer of Liability
The use of the software is entirely at the user's own risk.
The provider shall not be liable for any damages or problems arising from the installation, use, or malfunction of the software. This specifically includes (but is not limited to) direct damages, indirect consequential damages, loss of data, or business interruptions.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights to the software, including copyrights and trademarks, remain with the provider. The user is only granted a simple right of use within the scope described above.
5. Final Provisions
The provider reserves the right to change these conditions at any time or to discontinue the free provision of the software.
